The insomnia becomes worse, and your back pains aren’t helping, either. The trick to comfortable sleep is finding what works for you. Generally, most pregnant mothers use pillows to support their back, legs and abdomen while sleeping on their left side. Some even swear by sleeping on rocking chairs - you can try this, too!
By now, you will probably begin to focus on thoughts about your life upon your baby’s arrival. It may sound bittersweet that pregnancy is almost coming to an end, but with a beautiful one at that.
