Shortness of breath

Around this week, the shortness of breath is making you more uncomfortable than ever. Why wouldn’t it? With an expanding uterus that pushes your lungs, stomach and diaphragm out of their ways, there’s no wonder that a simple trip to the toilet feels like a marathon.

Even if this symptom bothers you sometimes, think about the fact that your baby is very happy inside your womb, nourished by the nutrients and oxygen.

Don't worry. Your baby will drop down into your pelvis soon and will relieve the pressure on your lungs. So you will have easier breathing. Though, it will put more pressure on your pelvis and bladder, which will make you urinate more often.
