10 more weeks left, and you will finally hold your baby in your arms! At 30 weeks, the excitement is building up, but there’s still some time left for your baby to fully mature.
At this point, you feel more tired than ever. Your breasts have become very tender along with the increased need to pee. Add the frequent heartburn to all these symptoms, and you feel that it is the first trimester all over the again - only it is ten times worse during the third.
Hence, it is best to avoid fatty, oily and spicy food that may upset your stomach. Eat small, frequent meals instead and never lie down immediately after eating. This will help relieve your heartburn.
Instead of thinking about your symptoms, focus on the little miracle growing inside of you. Your baby’s kicks will become stronger every week, so you’ve probably mastered kick-counting by now. This is particularly important as you approach the end of the third trimester.
