29 weeks pregnant

What a milestone - you’re now 29 weeks pregnant! By now, the topmost part of your uterus is right below your ribs and diaphragm, making breathing a challenge! As it grows rounder and bigger, it also presses against your bladder, so you’re frequently making those trips to the washroom once more.

Beginning this week, your healthcare provider may ask you to count baby's kicks. It's needed to monitor your baby's activity.

As you approach the end of your pregnancy, don’t forget the basics for a healthy pregnancy: eating right, staying hydrated and getting enough rest!
