
Excessive sweating during pregnancy is a common complaint. Hormones, blood flow, and metabolism increase your body temperature. Sweating helps you to regulate it.
If you are an excessive sweater, you can do the following to make you feel more
comfortable:
- stay in a well-ventilated and humidified area;
- take a cool shower or bath;
- wear light, comfortable and loose clothes;
- drink more fluids.
