At 24 weeks, you may feel a bit anxious as your due date comes. A little anxiety is fine, but don’t let it hinder you to enjoy your pregnancy!
You should learn to slow down a bit. Pregnancy is actually the best time to relax!
Get enough rest, especially after a busy day. Don't exhaust your body. You need more energy and positive emotions for growing a baby.
Balance work with leisure. Listen to classic music that allows your mind and body to catch up. Your baby might be able to hear the music too - and even benefit from it!
Talk to your baby. If you aren’t comfortable speaking to anyone else, talk to your baby. Though your baby won’t respond just yet (maybe just a kick or two), you will be surprised that talking or singing to your baby is actually quite comforting.
De-stress. Join a prenatal class, take art lessons or perhaps do some light volunteer work. Activities like these help you take your mind off things.
