Vision changes in pregnancy
Vision changes in pregnancy

Your eyes are not an exception to the many changes in your body during pregnancy. The shape of your eyeballs and vision may change. You may notice that you have to squint to focus. Don't panic - your eyeballs will return to their original shape after delivery.

Also, you may have a dry eye syndrome. It happens because the estrogen decreases the moisture in your eyes. You can use over-the-counter artificial tears to moisten your eyeballs. Good idea is to wear sunglasses since your eyes may be sensitive to the sunlight.

All these minimal changes are normal during pregnancy.
