Fats
Fats

Many people believe that all fats are harmful, but this is not entirely accurate. Fats provide our bodies with energy and assist in the transportation of vitamins. However, it's important to differentiate between healthy and unhealthy fats.

Healthy fats can be obtained from the following sources:
• Vegetable oils
• Nuts and seeds
• Avocados

Unhealthy fats, on the other hand, can lead to clogged arteries and heart damage if consumed excessively. These types of fats are commonly found in:
• Fatty meat
• Eggs
• Butter
• Full-fat dairy products
• Cakes
• French fries
• Fried chicken

Moderation is key. It's best to limit the intake of unhealthy fats, particularly if you're at risk of developing diabetes or hypertension.
