Baby’s sex revealed
Baby’s sex revealed

As your baby reaches 20 weeks in the womb, they begin to look more like a human being and less like an alien. At this stage, many expectant parents become excited at the thought of finding out their baby's gender.

Most pregnant mothers are scheduled for an anomaly scan at 20 weeks, which checks for any potential congenital anomalies. During this scan, the baby's sex is also revealed, if the baby cooperates.

However, sometimes the baby may turn away or their limbs may block the genital area, making it difficult to determine the sex. In these cases, the guessing game can be even more thrilling. But don't worry, the doctor may try to poke the baby to encourage movement, which can hopefully reveal the sex.
