Baby development at week 37
Baby development at week 37

At 37 weeks, your baby weights like a green coconut. Your baby is getting bigger, and definitely more prepared than ever to say hello to you!

Starting from this week and until you give birth, your baby's little head will be the same size as the shoulders, abdomen, and hips. Your baby’s head will then change form during the first few weeks after the birth.

Another interesting fact is that some babies may come without any hair at all, while some are born with a particularly thick mane. All these are completely normal, as these are largely determined by genetics.

Speaking about the head and hair, your baby should be in a head-down position at this week to facilitate a normal delivery. Otherwise, you may have to flip your baby. There are some natural and medical techniques. Talk to your doctor to explore your options.
