If you can’t wait to do some exercises during pregnancy, you may want to consider prenatal yoga. This form of exercise is relaxing and stimulating at the same time. You don’t need a lot to get started. Just plain exercise clothes and maybe a prenatal yoga ball.

The prenatal yoga is very effective and easy. During the exercises, you train your tummy and back muscles, which can improve your posture and balance. Additionally, it helps distribute your weight more evenly, which in turn reduces the pressure on your spine and relieves back pain.

Once you perform the exercises on regular basis, you will feel more in control of your body and mind. This is a very good preparation for labor and delivery!
